課程概述 |
本課程以同心圓概念設計，分電子化政府、電子化服務及寬頻環境三大部分，探討資訊科技整合於政府運作的狀態，以及政府以資訊政策手段發展寬頻環境的評估。
We employ the concept of circular discourse to divide the course as three parts: e-government, e-service, and e-environment. E-government is defined in a limited sense that information technologies are integrated to governmental operation. E-services refer to that government utilizes ICT to develop public services. And the e-environment part looks into how government promotes broadband penetration and access through policy means. |

課程目標 |
課程規劃學生熟稔電子化政府的理論與實務，及政府的資通傳政策對發展資訊社會的影響。
This course explores theories and practices of electronic government. It further provides discussions on government’s ICT and telecommunication policy and evaluations on the policy impacts. By taking this class, students can acquire the knowledge of e-government related policy issues. |
